These are two of the plays I devised and directed for two of my 4th Grade My Story classes. These plays were performed as part of the Final Exhibition at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido on March 19, 2011
I devised this play with 8 of my classmates as a final project for a class on devising theatre for Theatre in Education (TIE) presentations. We performed it for students at the Boston Arts Academy in April of 2009.
This is a play I arranged based on my own work and the work of fellow students in a summer playmaking class at Emerson College. We participated in a variety of activities including: generative writing prompts, response to thought provoking pictures or music, performed improvisational situations and wrote short scenes in small groups. As a final project we each took elements of the work generated in order to structure our own 10-15 minute play.
